bro no be everytn be spiritual joorr!!!.......see I slim die b4 with long necks!!! But when I got to 300lvl mehn there was dis housemate of mine,dat gingered me! I started 20 pushup later I cld go 150pushup maximum......I started lifting barbells n dumbells.....started with 30reps later could go 100reps!I lyk shoulder blades a lot.....if u see me now I'm african goldberg........now I am thick n smooth.......I hardly workout nowadays unlike when I started I only workout twice a week now n not more than 1 hour n I can't push such reps again.......within 3month I tell you I'm sooo bulky.....its takes dedication n pain to get good result........err-thing aint spiritual!!!!!!
