Hello pple,

I know we were all raised up well and in good homes, we were thought that its a bad habbit to eat breakfast before brushing your teeth, we all know that. but how many people keep to that?

Some people say food taste better if they eat before they brush, that after they brush in the morning if they eat , the food wont have much taste.

Now where do u belong? Eating breakfast before brushing or brushing before breakfast?

I always brush before breakfast and before bedtime.

i always brush my teeth first thing in the morning before doing any other thing.

wetin concern me? nor be the same mouth? If I dey comot, brush is the first thing on my list. Otherwise, i fit brush afer lunch self. especially if I brushed before going to bed. Afterall, na yellow teeth I get so why all the fuss.

Sincerely, i brush b4 breakfast. But if breakfast is ready, i go chop. But wen m taking my bath, i must definately brush.

its practically senseless brushing before eating, why? when your done eating the food particles are back in your mouth.
what you should do is to brush at night.
for me its fun trying not to inhale your own breathe while eating
