I ll like to share dis business idea you could invest in nd continue to get cash inflow continously,though there may b some challenges in d biz but I bet u can't regret doing it,why did I said so? I have monitor d biz grow in my university name withheld it is called COMFORT STATION a place where u can ease ur bowel nd can also take ur bath,charges applied 2 d service r 30naira for urinating,40 to 50naira for feaces,I dnt knw d price for bathing,on a daily basis u ll b amazed @ hw much income is realized per day though it may not b a flip biz bt ll continue to b for years end unknown,d comfort station is a building consisting of a room for cashier @ entrance,toilet nd bathrooms.other facilities r borehole,pumping machine and water tank,power supply r public power supply and a generator as planB,d biz could b set up @general market,public places.mobile ones could be added as biz grows *best of luck*
