If you want to hide your Ip automatically through a website, People has already given you, I'll also add ninjaproxy.com, but if you want to change your IP manually, you can try freeproxylists.com for list of different countries IP, but may not work as you want, I guess you get a kind a software.

First, you have to buy Anonymous software and install it on your computer and setup the proxy. There are some that only allowed you to hide your IP on windows and don't block when you are using messagers like Yahoo, MSN and so on. And there are others that block everything.
