since i start brushing my mouth with hydrogen peroxide now i can say goodbye to toothpaste. kinda of cheap aswell if i put it this way. i just deep my toothbrush inside hydrogen peroxide bottle and brush my mouth, teeth, tonge and then i rinse with water. infact my mouth has never been so good or be like this before. odorless. now i can even wake up in the morning without brushing my mouth and my mouth will still be odor free althrough and fresh breath.. i just want to confirm if there are any harsh side effect to this. |

Hi, hydrogen peroxide is good for use as a mouth rinse but it is not an alternative to toothbrushing with paste. Hydrogen peroxide is potent against anaerobic bacteria because it delivers oxygen to hidden spots in the mouth where bacteria that thrive solely in non-oxygen environments. The dosage is however based on effective dilution. A bottle cap of hydrogen peroxide mixed in half a cup of water. It shouldn't be used for more than two weeks at a time...preferably 3 times daily... It could alter your taste if used more than 2 weeks at a stretch...cheers 1 Like 1 Share |
