When visitors come to a country, parts of the lasting memories they have include how their last day in the host country was. That is why you see a lot of photograph taking, hugging, crying and buying of souvenirs happening at the airport before they leave. It is part of the stories they take with them and share with the world.

Power failure as they are waiting at the departure lounge is also one of these stories!!!

This picture was taken on the gangway.

Yesterday at about 2:30pm was another occurrence of the national shame.

Sitting right there at the departure lounge, in the company of an international crowd, waiting for a flight into Asia when power failed.

One would have expected the standby supply to kick in almost immediately, or for some Uninterrupted Power Supply to keep the lights on till power was restored.... http://telegraphng.com/2013/10/blackout-murtala-mohammed-international-airport-anonymous

Bullet proof car
Old planes.

Whether APC likes it or not, Stella ain't going no where.
If it has stopped raining in your area take a bucket of water to the nearest transformer, empty the contents on it and give it an intimate hug.

I just googled "power cut at airport" and saw numerous incidents of airport power cuts in Asia, USA, UK, and beyond. None of the people of those countries has gone online to post the incidents out of their inferiority complex and desperate need to embarrass their country.

@Rossikk

If no one posted any information about any power outage outside Nigeria online, I wonder how you read it online.

In Nigeria, it happens everyday! During the daytime, they even switch it off to conserve energy, but when it happens at night, that is very dangerous.

I meant nobody went on forums to post it. Just a few news reports and that was it. And please stop lying. Power cuts do not happen "everyday" at MMIA. Problems will not be solved in Nigeria by telling lies and exaggerating.

This is not the way to remove Stella Odua rather the noise is only making her stronger. Someone even asked who's to be blame? Smh at such question.

Is this illiteracy or bottom-licking or End Time Thing? Can we say because there are armed and unarmed robbers all over the world like the notorious armed robber Lawrence Anini and popular unarmed / pen robber Stella Oduah, the Court Judges should set free all captured robbers?
