This another diminesion of insensitivity. There is no reason under the sun to justfy what I call private oppression by maladjusted bullies. Lack of government employment is no reason to turn to crime as a means of livelihood. This is where I disagree with the likes of Mike Ozekhome who advocate amnesty for kidnappers. This is strange for two reasons. No1 Ozekhome himself was not a beneficiary of government employment , but has managed to succeed enough to attract kidnappers.
