babysmart i have a feeling it is d bank coz i went to bank thrice wen my payment wasn't confirmed i even ring oau "cold line" fortunate enough a woman answered and told me dey didn't see any alert from bank, i decided to visit d bank again nd after waiting for up to two hours infront of d cashier, the guy was d one dat is making mistake , he is filling d wrong reg number. Na me con point out his mistake on d payment slip because d reg number does not tally with mine..He saw his mistake nd did correction nd d payment got confirmed before leaving d bank. But you can still visit OAU sha o
