If Nigeria were to divide, the five core Igbo states cannot even work together effectively; how much more including the South-South states. If Nigeria were to break up, the best thing is for Igbos to be absolutely on their own. Joining up with S-S states will only bring back the same Nigeria complexity that everybody wants to run away from. Forget cheap money coming from oil. The same cheap money is what destroyed Nigeria. Everybody wants to get big money without doing commensurate work.
