This is actually a question. Please who knows the reason behind the disappearance of the 'almighty TIMARIV' traffic officers in PH City. I have noticed that these very corrupt traffic touts..........sorry Amaechi boys no longer terrorise PH drivers and unfortunately lawless driving is gradually returning. Before you kill me for calling them corrupt let me quickly chip in that 2 encounters I have had with them in the past cost me 5000 and 7000 respectively. I don't know other people's experiences with them sha ooo.......... |
