Dear Nigerian Light Crude Oil Buyers:

While we are Interested in doing business with you and your company, we will not do so to the detriment of our operations. Presented below are our standard unchangeable position when it comes to NLCO (Nigerian Light Crude Oil). All transactions currently are utilizing this format and our Financing and Banking institutions will not fund any operation outside this key factors:

1. We will not issue Swift MT760 2% Performance Bond (PB) upfront. In whatsoever format.

2. Buyers Must be willing to move first and issue Swift MT700/760 DLC/SBLC bank to bank. If it is a BG (Bank Guarantee) then it must be from a top 10 International Bank before our bankers can finance your cargo delivery. All Instrument are for a Minimum of 90 days and a Maximum of 180 days. Product delivery is in 45-60days to Europe, 60-100days for Asia and North America.

3. The DLC/SBLC/ BG can be Non Operative to be Activate by a 2% Performance Bond. Non Operative and Inactive Swift Financial Instrument are very ok, we will respond with a 2% Performance Bond Bank to Bank.

4. We will not accept a Bank Comfort Letters (BCL) or Swift MT799 Proof of Fund (POF). Our Businesses are funded by banks internationally and BCL/POF are not fundable no matter the verbiage used.

5. We do not sell preloaded or Loaded Vessels. We do not have vessels in Cotonou or Togo waters or Lagos outside bar waiting for Buyers. Buyers Financial Instrument commitment will trigger entire loading process.

6. No TTT or TTO, Only CIF. Let all buyers understand that we only deal CIF.

7. Our Prices are Fixed at between $80-$100/Barrel. Fixed Pricing is most comfortable for our partners and Bankers. Price fluctuation is well accommodated. Because we use small vessels to fill our VLCC, we use multiple loading sources and therefore pay fixed pricing per barrel

8. We do not request for Cash Upfront. Not a single dollar or Naira. All transactions are by Financial Instruments. Operative or Non Operative.

9. Our Maximum Loading Capacity is 280,000MT (2million Barrels) every Quarter. Not More under any circumstance. Our Delivery Time is Minimum of 45days and maximum of 180days.

10. We are willing to work with any buyer who is comfortable with the above. Otherwise please do not try negotiating a different process. IT WON'T WORK.
