Good evening Nairalanders,

Every year we have thousands of Young Nigerians getting admitted into universities/polytechnics/ colleges of educations, also every year thousands of young Nigerian graduates are churn out into the saturated labour market. I believe it is important for any right thinking Nigerian undergraduate to start to think out of the box about their life after university.

Many of our youths are pursuing higher degrees from various universities just to escape idleness while waiting for jobs. I have read a lot about skill acquisition and small medium scale enterprise but i have to say that not everybody has the ability to manage a small business in this country.

Please what type of skills should an undergraduate be armed with to be above average when compared with his peer?
