Some people will look at moderating work and say it's common and just, no! It's not just but trouble.
There are duties asigned to a moderator of a particular group or thread. Don't just look at it and say it's common.
Here are some duties of a moderator which i'll mention below:.

The main point their is checking the group or thread.

1. Checking of the group or thread post whether it has abussive or unpleasant words.

2. Settling disputes among members by creating rules and regulations.

3. Ban the refusal of your rules and regulations without warning. Because, precautions where already made.

4. Don't feel tired of creating topics even when members are not commenting on your posts.

5. Don't fear to ban your old member when he start abusing members often with posts.

6. Always send your regular posters messages of improvement.

7. Do quote some mistakes of your member's posts when they made it, while you went through a saw it.

8. Reward members for motivations either with recharge card or thanking messages.
