British American Tobacco Nigeria Undergraduate Scholarship Scheme 2013

British American Tobacco Nigeria together with the British American Tobacco Iseyin Agronomy easily asks for applicants or candidates from qualified Nigerian Undergraduates, for their 2013/2014 Scholarship design.

The Scholarship scheme is one of the major Corporate Social responsibility plans to help encourage and accomplished manpower development in Nigeria’s agricultural sector.

In 2005, the scope of the Scholarship scheme was expanded to include eligible scholars from all over the country. This really based on stakeholder anticipations asked at a stakeholder gathering. Ten Students are given scholarships every 24 months for the length of their study, with five (5) clots booked for children of BAT listed Tobacco famers.



British American Tobacco Nigeria Undergraduate Scholarship Scheme is Open to the following:

- All qualified candidates that are children of BAT registered Tobacco farmers

- All other qualified candidates from across the country, Nigeria

Requirements for British American Tobacco Nigeria Undergraduate Scholarship Scheme:

* Candidates must be Nigeria citizen and a minimum of 18 years
* Candidates should also have SSCE or it equivalent with a minimum of 6 credit passed in one sitting
* For applicants across Nigeria: the admission to study or registered first year student studying Agriculture or any Agricultural related course in a Nigeria institution
* The children of BAT registered Tobacco farmers: the admission to study or registered first year student studying any course in a Nigeria institution
