I am trying to get my first bank share dividend sent to my bank account (UBA) directly and discovered I can fill the e-dividend form to have this service activated.

My question is, can I fill the e-dividend form, have it scanned and sent via email to first bank for my dividend to be paid to my account (UBA bank) as I am hardly able to get to first bank personally to have it done?

The same question applied for UBA and Oceanic shares

Please advise.
