The National Leader of All Progressives Congress, APC and former Lagos State Governor, Alhaji Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s first daughter, Mrs. Folashade Tinubu-Ojo has been crowned the new Iyaloja of Lagos State and the President General of the Market Men and Women of Nigeria. The installation took place today at the palace of the Oba of Lagos, His Royal Majesty, Oba Riliwanu Babatunde Akiolu. Bola Tinubu’s mum, Abibatu Mogaji held the position before she passed away recently.
Markets at Ayobo-Ipaja, Iyana-Ipaja, Abule-Egba, Dopemu, Ogba, Egbeda, Agege, Balogun, Oke Arin, Oyingbo, Oshodi, Mushin and Ikotun were completely deserted.
Mrs. Folashade who holds a degree in Business Administration combined with Management at the Middlesex University, England and also a Masters in Business Administration, was before this appointed the Deputy Chairman, Lagos State Market Development Board
