My car jerks and dies when i engage in d gear only when cold.....bt when car is hot it moves well,had d gearbox changed lastweek,honda civic automatic...1989 model......could it be fuel line? |

Well, I have experienced this with my Toyota camry. It turned out to be the auto tranny. The tech guy did a scan on the tranny and discovered it was shift solenoid electrical malfunction. He changed the whole valve body and the solenoids and the symptom persisted, then we decided to change the autogear and the whole shiit went away. Have ur tranny checked out. Also check your engine seats, cos if they are bad, they may give something similar. |
