Kudos to Mikel, Oboabona and Onazi especiallly (forgot some few instances of their mis-kicks). Playing over 180 minutes within 48 hours, coupled with jet-lag is not beans abeg.


Two inferences from this match:
*NFF, in the future should please avoid this kind of crazy fixture. Playing against a top ten ranked team few hours after playing an important World Cup qualifiier match.

*Will Super Eagles' match be incomplete if Musa and Ideye don't feature or is it some quota system stuff. (Abeg forget that Musa's African Player of the year nomination?

Please do we have a faster and more energetic replacement for Mikel in the midfield, this guy looks suspect, he kept giving the ball away, a younger team will take us to the cleaners, Any suggestion please?

we have no substitute back, Okwuosa, Kwambe, Benjamin Francais need to be replaced sharp sharp with Taye Taiwo and Joseph Yobo . .. .if we have no right back lets convert a midfielder to play right back. All the boys that played at the back today were just scared to pass the ball from defence.

All in all we learnt new things about our team which I guess is the point of friendly matches . .. . .and by the way we also learnt that Ejide is a very good substitute goalkeeper.
