As we thank God for seeing us through to this date and start to make plans for next year. I am asking everyone due to lack of information on the internet,

What is the cost of a 3 bedroom flat ( sale not rent), my preference would be in Lekki? and also a place like 1004 but definitely not 1004. When i was Nigeria earlier this year, i saw some flats from the Lekki expressway, i heard it was being developed by either GTB or UPDC (not too sure) but you get the gist of the type of flats i am looking to buy.

Secondly, i would also appreciate cost of 4 bed houses (Northern foreshore, friends colony) are examples of the areas i am interested in
