go for mytv smartcard, you can have it without their equipment. better still, go the FTA thread and ask if any one have hitv or dstv card for sale.

My guess is, its not actually a decoder but a freeview receiver. Most new TV's come with freeview receiver installed. And with freeview, its only free to air channels you can get on it and I don't think you can get that anymore in Nigeria. Just ignore it because you certainly can't use it with DSTV, HITV or even CTL Cable except if ctl goes on free to air. I have not used it for a long time now so I'm not sure if they still do.

On the other hand, does the so called decoder have any card slot? If it does, I don't have a clue about that. But in my opinion, chances of you using it in Nigeria is very slim
