E no good oh grin grin...Frankly speaking Mr.OP needs to really polish his grammar...On d first bank issue; it's really not fair at all. Why should they allow people to risk their lives on the road and waste their hard earned money just to send them home without even conducting any interview....May God help my motherland.

This guy is really tryin to express himself. Its really unfair to attack him on this platform. For him to make it to the academy, he must have a little bit above average. Most of you making jest of him wrote the same exam and could not even make it this far. English ma foot. We are Africans.Eventhough English is our lingua franca , I think we need to be very careful the way we yab people. For God sake this guy is in pain. @least if you can't help him, you don't need to demoralize him.
@op just trust in God, if this can't work, God will give you a better offer.

I give you 3 GBOSAS for identifying with a Colleague

1
Incorrect: For him to make it to the academy, he must have a little bit above average
Correct: For him to have made it to the Academy, he must have had a little above average

2
Incorrect: Eventhough English is our lingua franca
Correct: English is not our lingua franca, but Official language

3
Incorrect: For God sake this guy is in pain
Correct: For God’s sake this guy is in pains
