My main topic is about we programmers"poor programmers like me" can we get fund from etisalat or mtn to start an hub for programmers to work,share ideas,build product, whereby it will be a place for programmers with no place to work, no internet , nothing but they have the skills and brain to startup something good like me .

can we get a rich man to fund this ? or how can we get to be funded by this network providers..
