I thought this could neva happen i have been diagnosed with stomach ulcer. The Doctor said i should not eat peppery food not eat food with sugar not eat spicy food pls i need advice what do i then eat and how do i knw am through with the ulcer alredy thanx pls i rilly need advise its important |
