Nice write up. But I must say every HR knows what they are seeking for from every applicants. What I know is that the person that would be employed would be and those that will be giving excuses or rejected will be. The reason why it is like is because of lack of employment opportunities else all this conditions won't be necessary. As for naija now, if u have a godfather, u don't need all this rigorous process. Just apply, if any mistake they will correct you and get u employed.
