I have been experiencing this for some time now. It is a miracle i have been able to log on this site much more create this thread. Is it that Airtel's management is totally incompetent or what?
I subscribe and can barely use my data which will soon expire. Their customer care line is just useless. The clowns have been blaming it on either my location or phone model. Cant they wake up? If they are tired of business then stop deceiving us with their adverts!

Thought I'm the only one experiencing that, for close to a week now they data service has'b too poor in my area. I'm even contemplating subscribing with my mtn line

if Airtel is bad...it's your area that's the issue.... I use Airtel...and I'm enjoying the network...been enjoying it ever since..... so if the network is bad in your area Port to MTN or any other network...or simply move to an area where Airtel is good

i live in D/Line . tell me why their service is so bad in the heart of PH. i 'm waiting for my subscription to expire and then i port!

Mine wasn't different I subscribe ever since I subscribe I ve been call there customer every morning A̶̲̥̅̊₪d̶̲̥̅̊ evening since 15th all to no avail am even using MTN to do this posting

I use to commend Airtel for its wonderful service that is second to non in this country but my experience over a month now is leaving a sorry tale. I hv 4(four) airtel lines but if there is no improvement in 7 day, I'll port 2 lines and after 14days, if there is still no improvement, I'll port 1. This is no joke! I mean it!

I used to have a bad feeling about airtel but every since mtn blocked bb subscription on android, airtel has been my saving grace. The network has been superb for d past one month with excellent download speed and d affordable 2+1 subscription. It all depends on your location, as for me, am flexing it big time.

and am guessing ur either staying in lagos,warri or ph..cus thats d only place i hear airtel being good..overall airtel is bad..even Here in ABJ.u cannot count 30ppl using airtel as an internet service highest dey use it for calling(as their call rate seem relatively fair),i still wonder why all dis complaint about airtel service havnt hit front page yet..oya where d mods

Airtel is no doubt, the worst internet provider here in Ibadan. there network really suck.

simply download 3g signal locator to locate the best spot in ur town,go to commercial and dense populated to check

@caretommy & am-joseph... 2-in-1 is a bb 3 days subscription, you can extend it to 7days. Procedure: migrate to club10 (if u are not on it already) , then load #200 worth recharge card, wait till you are credited with 15mb for loading #200 ( this may take sometime), then dial *440*018#, #200 will be deducted and you will be given 255mb for 7 days. Lastly, text 'stopautorenew' to 440. You can check your data by dialing: *141*712*0#

Reset your 3G network setting to this. I used to complain of Airtel network problems but one day out of anger and poor network frustration, i started toying with the network settings, changed and unchanged lots of things till i did same to this 3G network and bam, the H+ sign suddenly appeared.
Since then, i have been enjoying steady network in Abuja.
