On Saturday, November 16, 2013, I drove from Emekukwu Market through Awaka to Nkwo- Orji, in Imo State. The hundreds of ponds and potholes on the road is unimaginable. Also, the state of the roads within Nkwo Orji (Owerri Capital Territory) are in terrible state of disrepair. It's a shame that roads in a State in Nigeria can be allowed to degenerate to such level of disrepair. |
