Secret_Dreams: Nawa oh, 75m fit build modern house sef for Ib, the house is at alakia (outskirts of Ib, towards ife), that might discourage buyers, anyhow drop detailed description of the area where the house is located, some peeps might be interested.

I did not do research about it but it Is strange

Am interested in the land and not the house. In the few pictures uploaded, all i can see is repairs repairs repairs and repairs (Money sucker)- New roof, electric fixtures and painting for sure

zeelo2014: Nothing wrong with the house. Looking at the building from the roofing to the design u can safely guess it was built by an old money bag in the early 90's,probably a politician or business man, likely no longer alive with many children who most likely are not interested in keeping the property,best thing sell it off. Doesn't look like scam or fetish to me,if u're interested go check it out most likely negotiable.

2 acres of land in that area should cost like 40 million naira.


Since the house is situated on 2 acres of land, the asking price might be justifiable

If that house was built with a hard earned money, it won't be left that unkempt. I won't be surprised if it is owned by one of our greedy criminal politicians that looted our treasury to build houses everywhere they can't live.
