What is requisite for eligibility??

The scholarship is for both undergraduate and postgraduate to study in non english speaking countries like Russia,ukraine,china,algeria etc.qulification for undergraduate is minimum of 5As and Bs in ur olevel core subjects including english and maths which should be less than three years(2011-2013). for pg ,2 1 and above. age limit (18-23 for ug),(21-35 for pg). number taken . Russia-70 ug and 5 pg,ie 2 persons per state,pg should be students that studied in russia,Ukraine-20 ug,no pg ie 3 person per geo political zone,china-25 pgs,no ug. dnt know much about other countries. benefits of Scholarship : donor countries takes care of tuition and accommodation and pay monthly stipends of 1350 rubbles while naija pays $6500 yearly to cover books,clothing,feeding,transport etc

@Saimeritus, It won't be a bad idea if you also tell them not to apply if they don't have any Oga at the topmost ooo... It will only amount to a waste of a hard-earned tens of thousand at the end if they do. #MyOpinion

I think Davo93 has first hand experience about it. He wouldn't say such if he's not sure.

davo is v ryt.. i wd advce u nt to boda applyin if u dnt hv an oga at d top EXCEPT u hv ALL A's as my frnd had or ALL A's an at least a B. ... i.had three A's in my course courses, a B2 and a B3 ...nd wrote d exam well.. yt wasnt gvn.. my frnd hu didnt hv up to wat i had ws givn.. he sed it ws because he had an oga at d top.. *rem. ds is Nigeria* ... only 2 ppl ar piked frm each state.. whr more dn 30ppl wd wrte.. nd many of dm alrdy hvn ogas at d top.. d truth bb told.. it is a v slim chance ..
