I received an email from Petroleum Technology Trust Fund (PTDF) inviting me for an aptitude test for the 2013/2014 Overseas Postgraduate Scholarship Award, which will be taking place on the 7th of December 2013 at Chams in Abuja.
Please, did anyone else receive this message?
