Finally the "amiable and prigressive" Amechi has got his desires for the road.

When Iwofe youths blocked road, the "progressive" governor on air to mock them.

All the "progressives" who came to Port to beg him to join them, should please come to Iwofe for a "progressive" party!

May the families of those killed recieve the grace to bare the loss!

Turns out d tanker was carrying diesel..shops around are all burnt.

A tanker carrying diesel said to b from Master Energyturned over while plying d Iwofe road at one one of d numerous pot holes along d road n buburst into flames resulting in loss of properties..houses, shops n vehicles n rumours ve it abt 3 ppl were killed. It took d prompt intervention of fire services from d state, aairport n Total fire services t put off d inferno
Everybody is just thankful it was diesel not fuel n angry tho @d road dat has been abandoned f so long.
Theres even talk of shutting down d road by d indigenes
