I intend starting up a computer parts and accessories store in my area cos theres only one for now and the business has a high potential. Factors like the location, publicity have been taken care of but I'm at a crossroads as to what goods to stock first; laptop chargers, USBs etc Being a new venture I intend getting not so expensive goods that will move fast. Suggestions are needed. In addition, do I hire just a sales girl or a computer engineer that has some knowledge computer parts and their specifications. Lastly, what salary range is advisable for the staff. Resources are few but I won't want to give a dismal amount. Thanks in anticipation of your highly valued opinions.
