This is quite disappointing tbh. They should still release it on HBO max after spending close to 90M on the movie.

they've been on a steady win in the superhero genre for a while now...
They need to retain that image

Quality matters for reputation...releasing a terrible superhero movie will tarnish the reputation they're already building

Very good animation movie as well as great visuals. The third act was very weak but the overall story was enough to cover the lapses.


The Gray Man ....5.5/10

Has got great action going for it and decent acting from Chris and Ryan. But the overall story is premium wack for a spy thriller. This has nothing reminiscent of a Spy movie.

This movie makes films like Anna and Red Sparrow real good. Movies like Man from U.N.C.L.E and Atomic Blonde is outta it's reach.

It's unrealistic and nonsensical themes makes it laughable for a Spy marketed thriller. It's just action and Insha Allah. Nothing else. I'll easily pick fast and furious over this cos the former doesn't take itself seriously and delivers what it promises.

Imagine killing UK former intelligence chief as well as a former top director at the CIA and go Scot free including holding an EU country hostage. The guts these guys got.

Watching it with expectations from previous experience with Spy thrillers will leave u massively disappointed.

Ah well, they're the United states. They can get away with almost anything. In real life, they got away with bogus WMD in Iraq. They got away with Libya, they'll get away with Ukraine and Russia, now they're focusing their Eye of Sauron on Taiwan. Lol

I tell you, the US can literally drop a low yield nuclear bomb in sparsely populated area in Bornu state, claim a rogue US pilot who fvcked a Russian and Chinese citizen, who mistaken got hold US launch codes is the cause of it and they'll get away with it. All they need is shoot a Hollywood movie to change the narrative and spread money here and there and voila, the world would applaud them. Lol.

I see tony stark as one unserious fellow. He's never afraid of anything despite his heart condition. Without technology he's nothing like captain america said in The Avengers.
