Two men, Olowokokere Gbenga, 32, and Abdullahi Kabiru, 34, were on Friday arraigned before an Osogbo Magistrates’ Court for molesting an insane woman.

The prosecutor, Isiaka Ajadi, told the court that the accused committed the offence on November 23, at about 2 a.m. along Capital Hotel road in Dada Estate, Osogbo.

Mr. Ajadi, a police inspector, said that the accused conspired, assaulted and forcefully molest the mentally challenged woman before they were caught and arrested by the Police.

He said that the offence committed contravened sections 516, 221(2) and 360 of the Criminal Code cap 34, vol.11 Laws of Osun, 2003.

The accused however pleaded not guilty to the offence when the charge was read to them.
