This woman in the picture is mentally unstable and she's been disturbing the peace of the environment, stopping motorist from using the road and she has been blocking the road with her luggages and sitting in the middle of the road, a man who gave details about the woman said she just deliver a baby some days ago. She's currently on that Sango road,under the bridge along Abeokuta expressway. This Is to reach out to the governments to please make a place to take care of the mentally disabled people.

I think all states government should build big psychiatric hospitals that are well equipped for these people...no mad person should be on the road cause some of them can be very violent...The government has the money for this...they should be in the hospitals not on the road so as to improve the standard of each states and also to keep them safe from the streets...

the biggest psychiatric hospital in Nigeria is in the state capital abeokuta. it's popularly called ARO, so the authorities should do the needful
