Yea you can apply without English proficiency test.

You don't need admission to start applying for the scholarship. You apply for admission via special process (so as to waive the application fee), then you upload the other documents on minerva (McGill's admission management portal)..
More information can be found on the application form. Navigate through that site, find it and download it.

While filing the application form for mcgill uni, it got to a point where i keep getting the message "Bad Request

The request could not be understood by server due to malformed syntax." Nothing i do seems to work even when i log out and log in again. Any one experiencing same problem? what do i do please?

Hope submitting this early is okay? I had to submit when i saw confirmation will take about 10days. How far with yours?

I got mine last year, I was only allowed to renew my PIN, as a McGillian na, lol
