@hon. Sule, i was usin my celtel to browse free during central stuff, but right now i couldn't get connected if i didn't have up to #20 in my account. They do deduct the money as i'm on gprs connection. And also i find it difficult to download files larger than 200kb. And they don't have regular rate to charge. What should i do?
