Smartini: After my screening, I didn't do any thumbprinting or data capture. I was only asked to submit my remaining 2 documents @ my Faculty 'n Department for Registration...URP Candidates, do they allow departmental registration before payment of necessary fees? I need a reply PLEASE....

Am also for URP, as for the thumbprinting i over heard it's n't rili compulsry. If so u r nt to be blame coz u hv to thumbP. B4 screening. As for fees hvn't pay mine 2 n i dont think any URP student has done his/her faculty reg.
