ADJUSTED ACADEMIC CALENDAR 2012/2013 Senate at its 35th Regular meeting held on Friday, 20th December, 2013 approved the adjusted 2012/2013 Academic Calendar as stated below: 1ST SEMESTER 5th January, 2014 Resumption of all Students 6th January, 2014 Lectures continue 25th January, 2014 Lectures ends 27th January, 2014 1st Semester Examinations Begins 15th February, 2014 1st Semester Examinations ends 2ND SEMESTER 17th February, 2014 2nd Semester Begins 3rd May, 2014 Second Semester Lectures ends 5th May, 2014 2nd Semester Examinations Begins 24th May, 2014 End of 2nd Semester Examinations 16th June, 2014 Break for end of Session/Marking and Consideration of Results Postgraduate programmes 1st Semester Completion 6th January, 2014 Lectures continue 28th February, 2014 Lectures ends 3rd March, 2014 1st Semester Examinations Begins 15th March, 2014 1st Semester Examinations ends 2nd semester 17th March, 2014 Lectures Begins 14th June, 2014 Lectures ends 16th June, 2014 Examinations Begins 28th June, 2014 Examinations ends Post UME 3rd January, 2014 Agric and Social Sciences, Arts & Law Faculties 4th January, 2014 Admin, Sciences and Education Faculties 8th January, 2014 Inaugural lecture 1st September, 2014 Beginning of next Session Thank you.
