Your body is the temple of the holy spirit who lives in you.Do not defile that holy temple with even a drop of alcohol PLEASE!.

Many drunkards started with just a sip.A bad example in this regard will lead others astray & even to drunkenness in future.Ask yourself,"what do you even have to loose abstaining from alcohol".

1. You escape the risk of getting drunk someday & thereby sinning against God.
2. You escape the risk of forming the habit in the first place.Alcohol is addictive & habit forming & once a habit is formed...you know the rest.
3. You escape adding something that can pose a risk to your chances of making heaven.Supposing you start & form the habit & die drunk or meet the rapture in drunkenness.
4. You escape setting a bad example to your children & to generations unborn who will also start with a sip in moderation but end up drunk one day when the addiction kicks in.
5......there are so many more that I lack time.

There is non alcoholic wine in abundance so why risk alcohol as a christian & possessor of a sinless spotless Holy Spirit.

For those that think alcohok is legitimate,there are pleasures that you "think" they are legitimate,you can learn to forgo in sacrifice of making heaven.

Christians of today are not willing to sacrifice worthless earthly things for the sake of heaven while the early christians of earlier years will even sacrifice there lives & choicest treasures.

Yet today many can't even sacrifice as little of alcohol,unchristian worldly songs,lipstick,makeups,trousers,etc for the sake of heaven.
