From early times, there were people who worshipped the creation itself and the would take an aspect of God's creation as God.If they lived by the sea, then the sea was God.If they lived in the desert, the took the mountains as Gods. The most eminent God of the ancient world was the SUN.So the "Sun God" was the source of power and authority and in europe as well as many other parts of the world. They would struture their worships and holidays around seasons....and it was in the winter solstice that they celebrated the returning of the sun.in many of these countries,it was dangerous living in the winter..cos people died...and if u go deep north..the sun went for up to 20days,so they made these idol and symbols, the bornfire and pray for the sun..It was like this in the north and in rome and the greek had the saturnalla. The ancient woeld made sacrifice to lions with christians...but when christianity grew in rome..all this stopped but they rather gave dolls...and took to their homes...the "FUR TREE"...they bowed to it..cos it was the only living thing in the north...they tot it had some kind of power.Throough all this,an amalgamation occured when the follower of Jesus(as) decided to celebrate the birth of Jesus(as) with the people of the saturnalia.and religious(christian) historians would tell you jesus wasn't born in the Winter. This is an idolated teaching that christians shouldn't do,talk less of Muslims.Let us abstain from this devlish holiday.[b]That is whyup until 1647,the british parliament banned christma,yes.....In england,it was a crime to celebrate xmas...cos they considered it to be satanic.. My brothers and sisters in Islam,Engage in other things...It is haram to celebrate an eid the prophet didn't celebrate, may Allah(swt) make us undestand.

It is my brother...Christian theologians talked about this.Let all Muslims go through this day with peace with our creator.Allah says in the Holy Qur'an..."Stay away from shaytaan,an open enemy"...satan devices plans everyday but man doesn't realize.Let's be conscious of our deen...May Allah(swt) make it easy for all.And to all christians,Know that you are causing problem for yourselves...Jesus(as) has nothing to do with what you say about him..I hope u can reflect

The manner with which u're speaking shows very well how christianity lost all of its teaching..."We know, but it doesn't really matter"....ur forefathers!..they knew God neva had a Son but it wouldn't hurt to give him 1..and u go on counting the complacency when it comes to God.
