Our client is a hospitality firm seeking to fill this position with the right candidate.
Responsibilities:

Supervises the daily production of bakery products(bread), ensures that all baked goods are produced while achieving maximum productivity with minimum wasted effort or expense.
Confirms all baked goods are produced with highest standards of food safety and quality.
Oversees and monitors the production process to create efficient daily production schedule.
Work closely with the Production team and manufacturing administrative team to control, maintain and oversee inventory on finished products and loose cookies to determine production forecast.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of a degree in any related course
4 years and above in bakery
Good management skills
