Even all those, 'i av 20miilion naira idle funds to invest' is a lie. All they want are various people's ideas. These people work with business development organisations where people patronise them for business ideas and developments. Most of these workers are under pressure to deliver...hence, the despeartion of lying to scoop ideas!

Well, for me, i biliv its one of the wrongest thing to post a biz proposal on a public profile!
