@Op,business is not done this way.You need to know what product you intend to sell at what price and promotion before you rent a space.My questions for you:
What are you passionate about?i.e which area of life interest you most?
Which location is the space?
What is your expense per month personally?
Note that there is no such thing as quick cash in business.You have to understand your products,industry,location,and competitors amongst other things.
Answer these questions for a start.

What products do you feel comfortable with that the people within that environ will be happy to buy from you straight off?
As it is,you need a very liquid business that will be able to cater for your child. This means you have to look around your environ and look at the obvious need that people are complaining of,or not getting from some other shops that you can cater for in terms of service and price.
I am aware that there is always a lot of events around that environ weekly,why not look at where you can serve these events,so outside customers that will patronize you because of your unique service and possibly price,event days become cash cow also.

But every biz or trade requires traing and mentor,so pls look for a God fearing woman in the business i have mentioned who will teach you for about 3 months b4 you srart and i hope that shop is on a busy street where people trekking on foot can see your goods.
