Guy, Please help with suggestions. I have an HP desk jet printer (Ink advantage). I got the printer because I did lots of printing at a time. for some time now I rarely print. Presently, The 3 in 1 Colour printer prints only black and white. Could it be that the color cartridge is dry? Please guys what do I do. How do I preserve my printer/ ink and stop this from reoccurring. I want to print colour now and all I get is black and white. The Inks are original since it came with the printer. Please help me your contributions. |
