PHCN has refused to bring my bill for the past 4 months and surprisingly Electricity has been fairly stable. I hope this is not an attempt to bring a 'crazy' bill for me after a year. I won't pay o.

@poster,better go to their office and request for your bill,cant recall when nairaland turned to PHCN.
