There was this program on Aljazeera called Ajstream which usually take place at night. But this one I am going to talk about took place on 30-12-2013 when Femi Oke was having a conversation with some group of comedians.
The funniest part was when it came to the turn of Adeola Fayehun, an indigene of Nigeria but a US base comedian, to talk, she said something about the issue of corruption in Nigeria and how deeply it has enthrenced itself to the bone marrow of Nigerians.
This lady asked Femi Oke, an Aljazeera presenter who also happen to be an indigene of Nigeria but based in United State, whether she has a generator set in her apartment and she said "no".
Adeola was surprised at the answer and told her that "you are a Nigerian and you don't have a generator set in your apartment? Even the Nigeria president has a generator in Aso Rock that drinks petrol like a camel does on beholding water, thereby needing billions of Naira for it yearly budget.
As funny as this might sound it is the reality.
