If your application has been approved, I guess a mail was sent to you.. The mail contains a link, once you click on that link, it redirects you to the U.I portal. Now that's where you'll get your HOSTEL AUTHORITY TO PAY.

Plus, It's not only banks in Ibadan that you can make payments.

You can pay in any bank that's doing business with UI...STANBIC IBTC,FIRST BANK,MICRO FINANCE BANK, UI
I did mine in IBTC,Lagos
Btw,did u upload any picture during the application process?

when did u pay? and were u given a pin?

Olevel does not have an expiry date.

Just make sure you have the original certificate..

But in my personal opinion,I think you should adhere strictly to what UI says.....But I know some pple won't be able to pay within 72 hours,and surely it won't affect them....

A post graduate student in ui told me dat d reason y i av not been able 2 print out d payment advice for accommodation is that i have 2 pay d skul fee first b4 i will be able 2 print out d 1 4 accommodation. please i need help o. cos my room was approved on friday evening and they said 72hrs after u av been assigned a room u should pay. na wa self. so confusing.

That's is not true my dear. all u need is just to print 2 payment advice and show it to the bank if they ask u but most banks don't bother

guy. o level only works for five years and it den expires afta dat if u avnt placed anoda certificate on it or sumtn. i dont tink dat 7 yrs result will work o. my opinion though. i stand to b corrected. i will say u nid a new o level result. it happnd to a gal i knw... she had a waec result bt failed jamb five tyms. after dat, she had to write a new waec ssce.

If you're tired at this level, do you intend to quit UI after experiencing how tedious the workload are. you still have your hall, departmental, faculty, GSP and medicals. buckle up cos there's a lot ahead. I recommend that you come around to school so that people can help you moreover there's a temporary accommodation for u freshman.

In my opinion,the validation date is the time limit,like for you to get to the hostel and clear or something, like you should have gotten to d Skul to claim your room by 3rd of April or something ....I don't know o,just guessing

it's not necessary u go to Ibadan.Try others IBTC,WEMA,FIRST BANK in Lagos.That'll save you d stress
