The Governor should have stated the breakdown on how he intends to get the money or where he will source for the deficit.

If I buy your argument of Osun State high IGR, can Osun State IGR eclipse that of Ondo State by N54,000,000,000 in 2014.

Moreover, knowing fully well that total allocation from the Federation Account accruing to Ondo State will supersede Osun State Allocation + her 2014 IGR.

The GDP of the state for 2012 was also the fourth highest in Southern Nigeria after Lagos, Rivers and Oyo

From the figures I've seen for 2013, it's even gone higher though Lagos, Rivers, Oyo and Ogun had higher GDPs than Osun for the year just gone by
