Requirements

Graduate (BSc, HND, OND) in Agriculture Science related (Crop related is an advantage)

Ability to supervise and relate well with unskilled farm hands

Willingness to learn and adapt to situation

Ability to take initiative and spot opportunities

Living around Sango Otta or readiness to relocate close to the farm (Ado Ota area close to Canaan Land) is important.
