Mass Reorientation has been tried and it failed.. Do you remember the Aknuyili "Rebrand Nigeria Project?


The only thing that has worked was the "War Against Indiscipline" and it was only successful for a hort period and never lasted beyond the Government that instituted it because it was done by the use of force and not by teaching the people to live that way..
